Better yet is the Brookstone blood alcohol meter with the disclaimer: Do not use for intended purpose.

I have to think Brookstone is providing a legitimate warning. If they’re selling a device that isn’t especially accurate, one can easily imagine scenarios where one is misled into incorrectly relying upon the device and suffering consequences. The warning serves notice that one shouldn’t buy the device except as a party trick.

They’re both funny, but for different reasons. The Milky Way warning is a desperate attempt to idiot-proof themselves from liability. The Brookstone warning is a disclaimer that admits they’re selling a worthless piece of junk.
