Billing fraud at a major law firm?

No, that couldn’t possibly be true. There must be some error in the report.     Years ago, I complained to my company machine shop about the hours charged to a machining job of mine, especially since I had stated there was no rush.
    The response? Since there was no hurry, they would set up for my job, then put it away whenever a priority job came in, without having done any work on it.
