According to various news accounts, the reason for the revocation of Bernard Kerik’s bail was not, as Scott Greenfield has it, the mere fact that he was publicizing his position but rather that he allegedly revealed information that has been sealed by the court. The accounts that I have seen do not say what this information was or why it was sealed.
