Breathtakingly dumb.

I wonder if anyone’s put together a list of how many of the closed dealerships belonged to congress-critters or their relatives?

I know that answer is X>0, but no idea of the true scope.

I doubt there are many. However…

The auto dealers have poured tons of money into political campaigns for decades, and each dealer can quickly recite how many jobs will be lost the day the dealership closes. Each Congresscritter probably knows those jobs numbers by heart. Ergo…….
