**In order to train a monkey, you have to kill a chicken.** The idea is that the monkey trainer kills a chicken in front of the monkeys so the monkeys know who’s boss. Judge Hanen wants to re-train the Federal attorneys, but didn’t they already receive ethics training? Will more ethics training be effective? Judge Hanen needs to kill the proverbial chicken in order to really get the attention of the target lawyers.
