“Shark victim’s family sues”

Volusia County has previously been sued over alligator attacks and lightning strikes, and now is being sued by the family of a 13-year-old girl who was bitten in the leg by a shark as she played in the surf. (John Wolfson, Orlando Sentinel, October 2) (via Bashman).
