(Justin Scheck, "Abercrombie Agrees to Settle Discrimination Suits for Nearly $50 Million", The Recorder, Nov. 10; Jenny Strasburg, "Abercrombie to pay $50 million in bias suits", San Francisco Chronicle, Nov. 10).
