					<description><![CDATA[Note that one can opt out of the settlement (which requires no legal assistance: just follow the instructions), or one can object to the settlement to the court through an attorney, but one cannot do both.  By opting out of the settlement, one is no longer in the class, and no longer has standing to object to the settlement.  (Of course, if 5% of the class opts out, Netflix has the option to pull out of the settlement.)
