Many of her complaints are about workers not wearing hardhats & harnesses. This seems to be excessive.
If she has environmental concerns about fuel leaks and building materials, then she should have brought them up with the builder, or setup a group to help cleanup. How many of us have collected building materials to make stuff with? Her rational for these complaints: to protect the children. I would complain that she is preventing kids from exploring and learning. I have to agree with gunner. She targeted the company and now they are fighting back.

Wow! I went to the cache of her site and to me it sounded like a whining rules lawyer. Someone who wants to control people by nitpicking the rules. The neighbor who measures your grass late at night to see if they meet code and such.

At first I felt sorry for her because of the SLAPP suit, but now it seems more self protective then anything. She targeted them and now they targeted her. It is all fair in the game of neighborhood busybodies.

Not to sound cruel but read way down on her page. Ick!
