					<description><![CDATA[Perhaps I&#039;m being overly sensitive, but I see the Slate competition as glorification of the problems affecting and infecting our profession.  Unprofessional and unethical conduct does not equate with zealous advocacy or brilliant legal skills.  Engaging in such conduct merely confirms that the attorney is an unprincipled jerk.
