How wrong does it have to be before something is done about it? Well, now we know. If he had just taken the trouble to hire a competent attorney to do that stuff for him, he still likely wouldn’t have been sanctioned.

Luckily (in a twisted way), I already had so low an opinion of the legal system that this is pretty much what I expected.
