Aside from the obvious moral outrage, there may be an impermissible conflict of interest that would disqualify Mr. Mian as the administrator. In my state, a parent forfeits his/her rights as a beneficiary if the estate can prove that the parent adandoned the child during the child's lifetime. It appears this is such a case. Therefore, if NY has a similar statute, Mr. Mian as administrator would have to prove that Mr. Mian as the parent abandoned the child. He would therefore be disqualified.

Hey, blood is thicker than water right?

For sure it's better he get it than the murdering bitch and bastard that were what? Raising the child?

I suppose she really should have just been more careful who she had sex with eh? Suggested a condom? Oh and from the Feminazis, she should not have had sex with him at all! Yeah that's it!

She played, she pandered, now she gets to see the fruits of her labors go to the source of the seed!

Sweet justice? Maybe, maybe not.
