Everything I’ve seen says that the man in the chair is NOT Edward Carstarphen; Carstarphen is the lawyer to the immediate right of the witness, who you can see at the very end of the video holding the witness back. Don’t know the witness’s name.

Although I’ve seen lawyers behaving badly, I’ve never seen it get THIS bad.

I’ve dealt with obnoxious lawyers before. I find that the most appropriate response is a threat delivered in a calm voice with a smile: “Counsel, if you continue to engage in this behavior, I will have no choice but to litigate this issue before the judge. You can explain your behavior to him/her.”
