					<description><![CDATA[The most important outcome of a successful class action is forcing corporations to stop illegal and fraudulent conduct.  As I understand about the Sprint Class action, Sprint was consistently overbilling customers--a few dollars here and there adds up over time.  Individually, it makes no sense for those people to sue, so Sprint keeps on stealing. The Class action forces Sprint to stop.
