I’ll have to agree with Mr. Collins on this one. Until this university allows students to carry guns to defend themselves against an attack, and the government allows the same, the university bears a responsibility to provide appropriate safeguards on campus.

If the University’s is providing for the safety of the deer, while they are on University property, with rules or regulations, then I think that she is right in filing a lawsuit. The fact that she is only asking for $50,000 instead of millions, to me, is a point in her favor.

So, not only do school administrators need mental health credentials to “protect” students from suicides, they also need wildlife management expertise to “protect” them from rutting deer.

Wow. I’m involved in a lawsuit, but my case involves specific, documented allegations of contractual violation. This is the kind of garbage that keeps me, with a case I feel is entirely fair, waiting for months just to get a hearing to see if my case can go to trial!
