The only reasonable outcom of this suit is for it to b dismissed with prejudic, and for BAMN to pay any legal bills incurred by the suit (including paying the court for the time of all of its employees).

Anything less amounts to a favorable outcome for BAMN, as draining money from its adversaries is really all it can be hoping to accomplish here.
