					<description><![CDATA[This has been rampantly misreported on the Web, and I&#039;m sad to see the error showing up here as well.  The opinion does &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; award attorney&#039;s fees. It says that she is the prevailing party and is &lt;i&gt;eligible to apply&lt;/i&gt; for an award of attorney&#039;s fees; but it also cautions that it&#039;s difficult to meet the requirements for a fee award.
