					<description><![CDATA[Funny stuff.  Did you say that he&#039;s suing under Florida&#039;s &quot;nuisance law&quot;?  As in, he&#039;s making a nuisance of himself for personal gain?

Query:  is this abuse of process?  Is it equivalent to being a patent or trademark troll, where such misuse of the legal system will deprive you permanently of the right to enforce your rights to your IP?

Can we get JT put on one of those restricted-suit lists, like frequent frivolous filers who are imprisoned sometimes get put on?

(By the way, FFFs like Leo Stoller are the best natural target for Overlawyered, along with unnecessary and unwanted legislation and/or regulation, like the Protect Terri Schiavo From Judges Act of 2005.)
