I responded that we have driver certification forms (license) and citizenship certification forms (passport), but none for stupidity. This, however, comes close — having a story in print about yourself like this guy’s. Who does he sue when the corner of his rug is upturned, causing him to trip and stub his toe — is it the rug maker or does he go back into his evolutionary origins and sue the organism that first evolved digits? I’m just dumbfounded.
