I actually left the US after a shareholder/employee tried to steal my company by sueing me and locking me out of the bank accounts and offices. I ended up with a settlement but I have had enough of the US and legal system. Holland here actually prohibits by law no cure no fee parasites like the type that are destroying the US.

Aren’t these guys doing us all a favor by retarding potential further bad behavior by the Big Bad Public Company?!?! Can’t I trust these guys? After all they were certified as class counsel by an important Federal Judge!!

For the first3 years I got one of these notices, I filled out the form and sent it in, just to see how much of a check I got. The biggest one was $6.32. Class counsel fees? TWENTY-TWO MILLION.
