Silicone is biologically inert - if your implant ruptures you get . . . nothing more than a quick trip to the doctor to clean the mess out - they don't become deadly ever.

Also as far as I know there are no confirmed accounts of breast implants being contaminated prior to implantation that are the fault of the manufacturer.

In response to the above critic I would like to just say this;

Silicone Implants Are Now Declared Safe....

That is if they do not RUPTURE in your body. Then they become deadly. If a woman has a rupture all that Silicone will enter her body. If her Silicone Implant is contaminated upon implant she will suffer a severe infection and disfigurement. Most women that sued had these occurances.

As far as lawyers go they all got the better of the deal. Most helped themselves to the implant money. Some big named law firm in Texas settled claims with companies where the women didn't even know they had settled. These lawyers pocketed the money and held it in their accounts for several years drawing interest on the bulk before paying the women. Stories like this one in Australia are plentiful all over.

"breast implant class action"

Nice since the FDA has lifted it's ban on them!

Bet not a few folks would like first a refund, then an apology, then they afford to go after the JUNK science experts and the attorneys that caused all this mayhem in the first place!
