					<description><![CDATA[A defense attorney is watched like a hawk for exclusion of minorities from the jury and will be faced with a &#039;Batson&#039; challenge if the plaintiff lawyer suspects a racial motive. But if the plaintiff lawyer has his own racial motive, well, I guess that&#039;s OK --- even to the point of ensuring that the entire jury pool is composed of the racial or ethnic group he knows will bring it home for him.
