Maybe if Americans (mainly, there are some elsewhere but nowhere near the density of the US) would come to their senses and not be so sue-happy this kind of idiocy wouldn’t happen in the first place.

There are thousand year old trees in the center of cities here, noone dreams of cutting them down because an acorn might fall out and give someone else a headache.
