However, when choosing something as fundamental as a car or child’s car seat, they obviously allow cost and convenience to factor in as they weigh the products available. Most wouldn’t buy a product they believe to be “dangerous” but might well choose one that is “safe” over one that is “the safest” for a variety of reasons.
