					<description><![CDATA[Read yours in the Wall Street Journal today.  As a lawyer I can say that you are absolutely correct. Our so-called colleague who sued over his pants should not only lose, but should be found guilty of harassment and punished with a very large sum of money for inflicting mental distress.  I would think $100,000 would be enough to punish this idiot and keep others from doing what he has done: misusing the law to harass and punish decent, hardworking, and honest people who might have made a minor error.
