I once came out of a mosh-pit complaining that “some #$%& tried to bite my thumb off!”

About 60 seconds later my best-bud came out shouting that “some &*#$ shoved his thumb in my mouth!”

No pain, no gain…

I think it’s metaphorical. The firm is using the image of a mosh pit in an attempt to appear hip to young people. The message is: “We’re not old fogies, we’re like you and understand what you’re going through.”

That being said, if a person was injured in a mosh pit, I’m certain they’d take the case.
