I once came out of a mosh-pit complaining that "some #$%& tried to bite my thumb off!"

About 60 seconds later my best-bud came out shouting that "some &*#$ shoved his thumb in my mouth!"

No pain, no gain...

Oh no, now there are personal injury lawyers that can predict an accident in advance. That should give them first choice of the very best cases ...

"October 12, 2007: Casper, Wyoming: Tommy Lee, drummer for Motley Crue, suffered minor burns on his arms and face during a concert at The Casper Events Center because of a pyrotechnic mishap."

I think it's metaphorical. The firm is using the image of a mosh pit in an attempt to appear hip to young people. The message is: "We're not old fogies, we're like you and understand what you're going through."

That being said, if a person was injured in a mosh pit, I'm certain they'd take the case.
