The Delaware asbestos situation is similar to what is happening to Oklahoma after Texas recently decided to limit medical liability lawsuits. Texas lawyers are now working to find cases in Oklahoma where the laws are still more lax. Check out the story here.

Surely this violates SOMETHING – due process, maybe? SOMETHING, please! That jumps out at me as the MOST wrong on the list (which is disturbingly long already).
