					<description><![CDATA[What&#039;s the definition of damages?  If it&#039;s the value of the lost claim, I&#039;m all for this.  A well proportioned, mildly punitive sanction.  But if it trebles pain, suffering, mental anguish, loss of consortium (you&#039;d be surprised what trouble with the insurance company can do to your libido), this new measure is a travesty.

I expect that &#039;travesty&#039; is probably the right answer.
