					<description><![CDATA[So, what exactly happened here?  First they sued the victims.  Then, when this was pointed out to them, they dismissed the case rather than dismissing only the complaints against those victims?  And they dismissed the case with prejudice?

(I&#039;m assuming from the comment that this means they can&#039;t collect from the trucking company.)

What kind of incompetents work in that office?  Or is this the result of some weird local procedural rules?
