Actually it not even that, as the expected value of the single lottery ticket is much less then the purchase price of that ticket, “winning” a free play is like “winning” a penny, it’s a loss.

And I already know the answer to this, but I’ll ask… does this lawyer really have no shame, or is he just playing his role and separating his conscience from his professional life?
