Will you find out Mr.Frank, why Chesley hasn’t been indicted??!!! We all sit in the courtroom, mystified, wondering, and angry that Chesley isn’t in that courtroom too and behind bars along with his 3 thieving friends! A few weeks ago, Judge Bartlesman announced that if Chesley “didn’t show up for his supoena, he (Judge Bartlesman) would issue a bench warrant for Chesley!” We were all sitting there when judge bartlesman said it!! There is more than “the smoking gun” to indict Chesley now. There are actual documents that have been shown in this trial from Chesley, as well as every witness testifying about Chesley’s fraud in this!! Where is the justice? We have a lot of respect for Judge Bertlesman, but why isn’t he calling Chesley on this! That’s not justice. We want to see the u.s. marshalls handcuff Chesley and put him in jail.we are waiting. This is our right as victims, and taxpayers and voters and citizens, to see Chesley brought to justice, just like the 3 thieves are! Just because Chesley has so much money, does not mean he should be exempt. He not only participated in this scam, he created and controlled it!!!!!!!
