					<description><![CDATA[I was researching attorneys&#039; fees issues and came across this post.  Coincidentally, I actually had a matter right after the court heard arguments on the Rule 50 Motion.  I too found it odd that this matter even got to trial given the the court&#039;s comments during argument.  Curious, I later found out that this case was transferred to Judge Wright right before trial and the parties never filed a summary judgment motion during the course of litigation.  Just thought I&#039;d correct this post in that regard.  Nonetheless, still interesting.]]></description>
