					<description><![CDATA[If Oklahoma decided Texas law applied, couldn&#039;t Compaq have (or could they still?) apply for an injunction in Texas barring a national class and overturning the OK court? That would still be less ridiculous than the current result, and might make the resulting argument between the states finally worthy enough for Supreme Court review. This makes me wish I could be a class action plaintiff representing every person not living in Oklahoma and sue the state for forcing Texas law on me.]]></description>
