The minute they think you have money off they go. The golddiggers of the court. Isn’t our frivilous lawsuit system great. These Pro Se’s just keep on wrecking people’s lives. Boy have I seen this in court. They lie, they cheat, they steal, they commit fraud. Anything for a buck. No shame at all. I’ve had 2 court cases with these types. They want someone to pay their way in society. They are golddiggers. This is their form of a baseball bat in the mouth. Our courts are turning into a circus for money grubbers who look for anyone to sue. Or ruin if they can’t get what they want. We had a guy in our neighborhood who was suing all his peers for this kind of thing. I’m not sure the District Attorney shouldn’t show up in court and charge these people with fraud and extortion. This is not justice. It’s crime right in the court. Now if a lawyer did this they would sanction his license or suspend it, but if a Pro Se does it, they are just plain clever. The courts are for justice, not for crime. If not then why continue teaching our society the difference between right and wrong, or why do we have police officers if we are going to back crime in our courts. They are just spinning their wheels working for our society if we are going to back cheap criminals. The courts need to go back to their original intent and warn these people, as they warn the officers of the court……….lawyers.

I can only take a stab, and a distant one at that. Defendant: Wealthy (and thus prejudged upon discovery), perhaps haughty (and/or had a sh*tty day) and acted foolishly to outright stupidly. Plaintiff: not wealthy but wishes she was, sensitive, and perhaps over-exposed to the likes of defendant. Lawsuit: You acted like a bitch, I have hemroids, anxiety issues, and no money. Trial/settlement: Your money becomes mine (minus a third for my lawyer). I tell media, “It’s not about the money – someone needs to make me whole.” Defendant cries on cue, eye make-up bleeds like previously seen televangelist’s spouse.

Brown claims that she suffers from anxiety and hemorrhoids because of the incident involving Victoria Osteen and said her faith was affected.

Brown wants an apology and punitive damages amounting to 10 percent of Victoria Osteen’s net worth as part of her suit.

How about an apology and a lifetime supply of Preparation H?
