What I find most interesting about Dozier is that he is a lawyer. acting on his own behalf, not a hired gun. That means that he presumably believes in the dubious interpretations of IP law that underlie his claims yet is aware of how marginal they are. Leaving aside the issue of how a lawyer would arrive at such questionable interpretations of the law, I would think that he would be aware that he is publicizing the fact that if you want solid, mainstream advice or representation on IP law, you'd better not hire him.
