Why would she think her case had merit? Probably because she saw on TV that “Your worth it” and decided to sue.

I am just about bald (the “Jean Luc Picard/Patrick Stewart” hair style). The woman should be pleased she has hair that can be affected. My hair is mostly gone and the only ones to blame are departed relatives.

If it’s the natural color why not? It doesn’t grow? There’s something odd here. “I feel fake about that …” She’s altering her hair color but it’s the SHADE that makes it fake? Hmmm….

I’m wondering why, even if her claim is true, she just couldn’t have it bleached out then re-“touch-up”. What’s that cost? $100-$200 tops?

OK, she found a quack, er, health professional that would give her medication for a very temporary condition. Wonder what that cost.

So what exactly were her damages?

I guess the happy pills didn’t work well either because, while on them, she was still depressed enough to sue. Do I smell a malpractice suit in the making here?
