					<description><![CDATA[Since I posted on the Kentucky dueling ban, some people have contacted me to point out that Kentucky&#039;s constitution prohibits dueling, and so any state official (not just first responders) must take an oath that includes the anti-dueling language.  It seems like there is a lot more to be said about this issue, but for now I just wanted to offer that clarification.
