I find it interesting that the CPSIA  makes ASTM F963 a mandatory standard.  The standard is only available from astm.org and it is not free ($58) .  It&#039;s a small cost compared to testing for lead and phathlates, but another irritating expense for a handmade toy maker who wants to know all the rules before producing another toy.]]></description>
