I think what Borat does and Maher did is morally wrong because I don’t think tricking and embarassing people for fun is an admirable sport. I just don’t see the basis for a lawsuit.

I THINK CUMMINGS HAS A RIGHT TO SUE AFTER MAHER AND CHARLES ADMITTED THEY LIED ON CNN TO GET PEOPLE TO BE IN THEIR FILM. THEY ALSO ADDED AND EDITED THE INTERVIEWS TO MAKE THE SUBJECTS LOOK REDICULOUS. CUMMINGS IS THE ONLY BLACK PREACHER INTERVIEWED AND MADE TO APPEAR TO BE A PIMP IN THE CHURCH. THAT’S RACIAL PROFILING/ A VERY GOOD LAWSUIT

I wasn’t aware of this, but coming from from a black preacher perhaps we should accept it at face value. Now will other black preachers balk and sue him?
