This piece of ….legislation is the most poorly thought-out that has ever come to my attention. I also read the CPSCs 24 page reply to Rep. Dingell which is the first thing that has made any sense on this subject.

Sad that by the time they sort this out it may be too late for small businesses and retailers. Heck, it is probably already too late.
