Since when do we need a law that says a barber can’t give out a little holiday cheer. Thanks to our centuries of multi-culturalism almost everyday is a holiday! And if it isn’t we’ll make it one. “Well, how ’bout that it’s hot and humid, let’s celebrate.” or “What goes best with rising water, red or white?”

The hotel that I stayed at had a full health club. While I was getting a massage, a waiter came around taking drink orders. A very enjoyable experience. I see no problem with this except for the restrictions on the amount that may be served. Let the owner of the business make that determination.
