And didn&#039;t the captain let himself be taken hostage in exchange for the rest of the crew going free? The guy was boarded by pirates and DIDN&#039;T spend a week at gunpoint on a boat. I would think that&#039;s good enough.]]></description>

Hicks is trying to negotiate a pay raise ex posto facto now that his bargaining position has been bolstered by the drive-by&#039;s.  He could take the &quot;needs to be made whole&quot; route but that would simply necessitate a quick b-slap and the matter could be put to rest...oh how I wish he was courageous enough to chime in on overlawyered.]]></description>
