					<description><![CDATA[The thing that continues to stun me -- beyond the idiocy of the law itself -- is the timing. People everywhere are out of work, and people who still have jobs are often suffering in some way financially -- often substantially. What better time to put the kibosh on all the people who want to make and sell sock puppets to make ends meet -- or in my neighbor&#039;s case, to sell children&#039;s games made out of organic cotton with silkscreened patterns and wood pieces? And yes, that&#039;s organic cotton from the cotton plant and wood pieces from the trees, not from the lead mine. And it&#039;s the same silk-screening you&#039;d have on a t-shirt.]]></description>
