					<description><![CDATA[I read parts of the new &quot;guidelines&quot; for resellers.  They  state that because there is no real test for phthalates, their suggestion to resellers is to avoid items that may contain phthalates.   This advise! after making us all trash all our old inventory and re make to comply with new phthalate limits.  Could this be any more of a complicated badly advised ridiculous mess?  Where does that leave us all who are now phthalate compliant? AGH!!!!]]></description>
