					<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t have time to read about that case, but i am reminded of the amity horror case, where the owners of that house sold it to people who had no idea it was THAT house.  The classic line in the opinion was when they said that they had claimed it was haunted for so long in so many publications that they were estopped from claiming that it wasn&#039;t haunted now.  So, the court says, &quot;as a matter of law, the house is haunted.&quot;
