Can one of the many lawyers who frequent this site tell me why this lawsuit was filed in Illinois?

Things like this are why I don’t work on planes any more. If I were to change the oil on a Cessna today and it’s wing was to fall off tomorrow, you can bet that I’d be named in the lawsuit.
