Until now, I had not heard that the plaintiff’s were alleging that they gave their “secret” to another party who passed it to Pepsi. This explains why one of the plaintiff’s attorneys somewhat back peddled about a possibility of the default judgment being vacated. I think this will end fairly quickly.
