					<description><![CDATA[The amateur pole dancer&#039;s personal injury claim arising out of the club&#039;s dancepole detaching from the ceiling and crashing down while she was using it - as opposed to the amateur dancer losing her grip on the pole and falling - seems completely justified to me.  Not really a good example of Overlawyering, in my opinion.]]></description>
