Instead of raising the price of water to encourage conservation, they adopted the low-flow shower heads. But, they knew that Californians would just order shower heads from other states, so the pushed Congress to make the law national.

I’m on a four acre lot with a 95′ well, and I’ll use as much of my water as I want. I pulled the flow regulators from all our shower heads (which is what almost everyone does, even in California).

If there’s no pressure, I may as well be in the bathtub swishing it around in circles. LOL It does as much good.
