					<description><![CDATA[This is pure harassment since the vendors appear to have all their permits in place, and it smells of corruption. 

Going after felons including LA&#039;s gang problem  as Frogfucius suggests is too difficult. It is easier to target a taco truck and interfere with the owner&#039;s livelihood by writing the proprietor a ticket for a bogus charge. After all, the cops get paid the same whether they are rounding up murderous gang members trafficking in drugs, or writing bogus tickets. A taco truck proprietor should not have to pay graft to be left alone by the cops.]]></description>
